We all meet once a year at the beginning of each new year and settle a brewing template, with this strict template we discuss what styles/ideas we would like to make for the entire year ahead, adhering to the template and once all agreed we can go forward to discuss launch date targets, deadlines - marketing/posters/social media etc

Discuss sales from last year - whats worked, what didn’t (mango pale actually worked.. why not.. etc.)
Discuss Artists we would like to work with for the year - or we are tasked with finding an artist each and taking the lead for one season each? Seems Fair. New artist per season.
We could say Rob decide eg. winter range. Jon eg. spring. Joe. eg. Summer. Brewers choice eg. winter.
Design Breif for each range interms of what must be consistent are agreed upon
Discuss Collab plan for the year - template of one a month (except if a festival seems WORTH it, or it is brewed elsewhere) try and get them at brewtaps over brewtap season.
